5) Teppan Edo
Located in the Japan section of the World Showcase in Epcot this eatery has several hibachi grills set
up in each room. It’s the classic cook in front of you deliciousness that seems to make a night in Epcot
extra fun! Make a reservation for 7:00pm so you can eat, walk outside and wonder around the World
Showcase a little bit before Illuminations.

The location of this restaurant just makes it worth eating there! Beast’s castle, pause for a dramatic
intake of breath, the theming is spectacular, and the menu matches the elegance with a French menu.
Because this restaurant is still pretty new it can be rather difficult to get reservations. If you are thinking
of eating here call or go online at exactly 180 days ahead of your dining date.
For breakfast or dinner this place is popular! At night you can see Wishes from the Magic Kingdom
through the windows. At breakfast Lilo, Stich,Pluto, and Mickey make the rounds to tables while the
meal is served family style. At dinner, an all you can eat feast with different types of meats, salad, bread,

Oh this food is good! Not only is it a buffet (hello stretch pants for all you can eat) but there are constant
African themed activities. This place is loud but the atmosphere of the Animal Kingdom Lodge is
spectacular. You can make a night at this resort with all the exploring there is to do. There is a safari off
the grand lobby where you can see African animals. There is also nightly African story telling by a fire.
The lobby has authentic artifacts that have explanations. I was in awe when I visited. I just kept looking
in all directions. Oh and if you go look for the soup with muscles and other seafood. It is just delicious!
1) Chef Mickey’s
Of course a first trip to Disney World is not complete without a trip to a restaurant that features Mickey,
Chip, Dale, and Goofy. The food here is pretty good. It’s situated in the Contemporary Resort right
below the monorail. When you finish your meal you can walk into the Magic Kingdom. This is a meal
that is not be missed.
